Beginning with the Dedeman Olive Tree in the year of 1998, our time-share holiday organization has started to operate under the title of Dedeman Vacation & Point System (DV&PS) in a total of 9 hotels including the addition of Dedeman Antalya in the year of 2003, and the additions of Dedeman Park Antalya, Dedeman Cappadocia, Dedeman Palandöken, Dedeman Istanbul, Dedeman Ankara, Dedeman Diyarbakır and Dedeman Rize in the year of 2005.

Our time-share vacation and point system, is the first and only vacation point club established in Turkey within the content of the International Time-Share Exchange System.

Our time-share vacation system in all of the Dedeman Hotels within the coverage of DV&PS; provides the opportunity to acquire accomodation with work or vacation purpose, with the use of the points they have. Our members can both enjoy the sun and sea in one of our facilities on seaside, and go skiing at Dedeman Palandöken in winter within the same year if they desire. In addition to this, they can benefit from the various vacation opportunities over a range of 3500 facilities worldwide within the coverage of the International Exchange System.
