In the complex to be built on the 161 thousand square meter land (131 thousand properties, 30 thousand allotments) which is in a bay that has 600 meters beach line in Türkbükü, there are plans to build a boutique hotel with a 80-100 rooms and 60-80 villa. The project which is in the concept and design phase is being prepared by the famous Italian architect and Designer Antonio Citterio and Partners Company.

Boutique hotels and special villas in the Bodrum Tourism Project will be managed by an international hotel manager and the negotiations with the operator firms are going on.
